At American Sale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and leisure purchases. If you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Place the item back in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories included to ensure a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
